Problems updating PDF XChange Viewer
I have experienced considerable problems in updating. I just would like to ask, what is the preferred firewall mode for installation of updates to existing programs and installations of new programs?.

Hi danielhernandez,
welcome to the forums.
The Viewer has an application in the start menu called 'LiveUpdate'. Ideally you should authorize this as a trusted application with a rule to allow outgoing connections.
The other software we sell does not use LiveUpdate and needs a new version to be installed manually.
