I recently scanned a document in PDF format. I added some Text boxes in the document and when I attempted to print the document, my Local Print Spooler Service stops running. I am forced to restart the spooler to get my printers working again, but the cycle repeats when I attempt to print this document.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi frias and associates, pllc
can you check to see if you are running the current build of the Viewer? It is at build 205 and we need to know if this is present in this build.
Please read this article for details on updating your Viewer to the current build: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowled ... nt-version

Re: Local Print Service Spooler Error
Can you send us the file? If possible both version before and after you make the changes that cause the spooler to hang?

Re: Local Print Service Spooler Error
Thanks for that.
When I attempt to print this PDF I can do so to 3 different printers all without the print spooler hanging. It looks like this may be specific to the way PDF-XChange Viewer is communicating with the printer driver for your physical printer. In order to investigate this further we will have to reproduce your environment and simulate your physical printer.
To do this we will need to install a printer using the exact same driver as you are using, so before we do that we need you to check the printer manufacturer's web site for an updated driver. If there is one please install it and test again, this may resolve the issue.
If the issue is still present with the latest printer drivers we will need the following from you in order to set up a simulation of your environment:

- The version of Windows you are using. XP, Vista, Win 7?
- The system architecture - x86/x64?
- The make and model printer you are printing to
- The driver version for your printer you are using. If possible a link to the download of the updated driver you are about to install.
