Drop down field in form not working

I'm currently using version 2.5. The form below includes drop down fields. I can access the first drop down field (Product Delivery Unit) but not the following (Document Type). The selection in the first field dictates what options are available in the following field. I tried on two other computers as well but encountered the same issue. I am able to access the drop down fields with Adobe Reader. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Hi Bob,

thanks for the sample file. We are continuing to improve support for XFA forms like this. We see that there is an issue and have added this file to an ongoing work item for XFA issue and will endeavour to have this working in V3 when it is released later int he year.

this issues is typically specific to a particular document, do you have a sample file for us?
