Issue with Embedded font

Hi,

I have one PDF document which has following embedded fonts

Arial
Type : TrueType
Encoding : Ansi
Actual Font : ArialMT
Actual font type : TrueType

Arial,Bold
Type : TrueType
Encoding : Ansi
Actual Font : Arial-BoldMT
Actual font type : TrueType

Now the issue is when I Open this in PDFXchange viewer, I don't see any text and numbers. Only Layout is visible.
Due to sensitive data I can neither upload file nor sent through email.
Please help!!!!!!!!
