I just purchased PDF XChange and I was hoping that I could edit the URLs within the PDF and change the actual hyperlink destinations -- just like I can using Adobe's Acrobat products. (example: link shows 123.com in PDF, but actually hyperlinks to 123.com/special.html when pressed) Also, the hyperlinks that appear within my PDFs have a black border around them, which I don't want to show.
Am I missing something? Can this be done?
Edit hyperlinks in PDF?

Hi,
If you are using MS Office - you can embed links to URL's by using the Office Toolbar Addins to generate your PDF File from office documents
For example in an MS Word document - you can type 'Click Here' and then use the option in Word to embed in this text a hyperlink to a web page such as https://www.pdf-xchange.com - the viewer see's 'Click Here' only - but when he clicks - he is taken to a web page.
As PDF-XChange is a Virtual Printer - no printer can actually 'print' such an embedded link - it has to be achieved programmatically - this is done via the Office Toolbar Addins and cannot therefore be replicated in other NON MS Office applications.
It is possible to modify the 'Links' option in both the PDF-XChange Printer preferences and the Office Toolbar 'Settings' Icon to NOT enclose your links in a border - but have an underline - or nothing at all.
Please note the above features are not included with PDF-XChange LITE - only PDF-XChange Standard and PRO versions.

For those who want support for retaining links in html-to-pdf conversions in browsers other than IE, voice your support for this feature request: https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... 221#p54221

Hello chillrobot,
You have posted your link invitation in a 5 year old topic - I doubt this will help anyone.
We have already heard your request and will review it when time allows, but for the moment we are focusing on finalizing the new versions as you are aware.
Best,
Stefan
