PDF-XChnage Viewer plugin buttons dimmed in Opera 12

Post by TerDale »

Hi,

I have Opera 12.x set up to display PDFs using PDFXCV plug-in. It used to work fine, but for a while, every time I open a PDF, the plugins button are dimmed and hardly visible (see attachment).
I guess it should be due to some locally stored data in my Opera profile as I checked with another user, and don't face the same issue.

Any clue on how to fix this annoying issue? TIA

Hi TerDale,

I am also using opera 12 here as my daily browser and have not noticed anything like that. I see that you are using a custom skin for Opera - could it be that it's affecting our Viewer as well? Please try turning on the default opera look for a while and see if the Viewer's buttons will display better as well.

Best,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

Bingo! My custom skin is indeed the culprit, thanks for the prompt and to the point reply Stefan!
