Bug with grid snapping and grid offset

Hello,

First and foremost, thank you for your very handy software.

It seems I have chanced upon a bug with grid snapping.
Under a certain threshold (1 mm) snapping becomes buggy and either stop working completely or snaps to the previous grid setting.

Two screenshots are attached with an offset from left edge of 2mm and 2,1mm.





With 2mm it works fine.






With 2,1mm it keeps snapping to the 2mm grid.
