Hi,

I was an early adopter of the Tracker Pdf-Viewer, ie. I bought a corresponding life-time license. Will the life-time license be honoured by Tracker?

All of our licenses for our end user applications have always been sold as follows and there has never been a deviation from this - for any product we have ever sold;

Once purchased - the product will function perpetually and never timeout or cease to function, further all updates and upgrades both Major and Minor are provided for 1 year on the same terms - after which if you wish to continue to receive these - maintenance is required or you may pay for an upgrade as and when appropriate.

Nothing will cease to function when your maintenance expires - unless you install an upgrade to which you are not entitled - this would then require a new license fee of some kind (upgrade or maintenance).

We have never offered or promoted a license where all upgrades - perpetually - were offered for free, such terms have never been offered for any of our products.
