Bookmark sub-folder (how to create)?

How do you create a sub-folder under a specific bookmark so that the new sub-folder is a sub heading of the initial bookmark? When I select "insert new bookmark", it creates a new bookmark but not as a sub-folder.

I want to do this:
-Bookmark
Sub-bookmark

I don't want to do this:

-Bookmark
-New bookmark

If you hold the CTRL key down on insert - a 'child' bookmark will be created.

Thanks. Can this option be made visible on the bookmarks menu or include an option by which it can be made visible or controlled? Currently it looks like a hidden feature (as it was on version 2.5 as well)

It is almost impossible to have all features/commands in toolbars or menu. It might make them too large
