Hello, I just converted the free to the pro-version of PDF-Viewer. But the watermarks on the left and right upper corner still remain. What can I do to change this?

More exactly:
Well, I did a deinstallation of PDFViewer and -printer (both PRO), after that a regular Installation of viewer and printer with correct licence-key. And if I print with the new installed "PDF-Xchange Printer 2012" these ugly watermarks come back and remind me to upgrade. But I upgraded just before. And I could not find anything to correct this problem.

Hi Albrecht,
it sounds like a serial key problem Can I get you co copy/paste your serial key into an email to support@pdf-xchange.com. Do not post your serial key on the forum as this is public and we would then be forced to block it.
The easiest way to send your serail is to include it in the "Report a Problem" email that is created when you use that function of the Viewer: Help --> Report a Problem...
