PDF Xchange Viewer app and docs don't open

Hi, there

Xchange Viewer was working perfectly and there have been no changes to the PC but this morning my PDF Xchange Viewer won't open. The icon appears in the taskbar, and the names of files that I try to open also show up on the bottom taskbar on my screen as if everything is normal but all I can see is my desktop with no Xchange app or docs to work with. I have tried rebooting and I've tried using the task manager to get to it - the app behaves as if it is open with the icon turning white when I open a new document or switch to the app, but no documents or app open on the screen.

can you try uninstalling the Viewer, restarting the PC then running this installer and let me know how that goes?
