Command Line not saving

Post by marlonschreiber »

Hi all Im Using pdf-xchange viewer in visual studio to navigate through pdf-files in folder!
I somehow struggle in saving file before open new file, as the new opened file is not maximized!
Open:

Code: Select all

pdfxcview.exe e:\test\mypdf.pdf
File is opened and I maximize mypdf.
Close:

Code: Select all

pdfxcview.exe /close:save e:\test\mypdf.pdf
PDF Xchange is closing. But when i'm opening the next file with open method, the pdf inside pdf-xchange viewer window is not maximized?
how comes? why is the window not saved?

PS: why I cannot add pictures with bmp, jpg.png extensions?

Hello marlonschreiber,

Welcome to our forums.
The display settings are stored per file, so if the default for the second file is to be displayed at e.g. 100% zoom - that's what our Viewer will do. If you want to override those, open the Viewer, go to Edit -> Preferences -> Page Display, and change the "Initial Display" settings.

As for images - please zip/rar/7z them first and you will be able to attach the archive. Direct image attachments are deliberately disabled.

Best,
Stefan
