Unexplained lines in a PDF exported from Word

I exported a Word document (.doc) as a PDF-XChange document and in all the images there are lines as shown in attached picture. The images are tables created in Word. The lines don't show in the .doc and in Word I've got "Show gridlines" for tables disabled. I haven't been able to figure out if the lines are something PDF-XChange is doing or if it's Word. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Edit: Well, I said I attached a picture. I uploaded it but it's not displaying. It's gonna be very difficult to understand what I'm talking about without it.

Thanks for the post - would it be possible to get the source file and the output PDF file from you? To upload, you'll need to wrap them in a .zip folder.

Thanks for your offer of help Will. I tested another PDF viewer and it displayed the images cleanly so I'm sure it must be a PDF-XChange issue. I have no clue what it is though and I don't have time to try and figure it out. For whatever it's worth, it'd be helpful if you guys could show your attachment posting protocols where people can see them before they try to attach something, I didn't see any instructions at all.
