Hello. I have looked at the FAQs and uninstalled both my previous free version and the PRO version, then re-installed using PDFX4.exe setup. I then checked for updates that I downloaded and installed, so I now running version 2.5, build 210.0.
I had copied and pasted my Serial Key and when I look at 'Enter Serial Key' it looks fine.
In the top-right corner of the About screen it says 'PRO'.
Yet, whenever I re-print to PDF (using the PDF-XChange driver) the Buy now stamp is added.
If I export to an image file it is OK - no stamp.
Any ideas?

It seems like you might have installed a package for which your license key is not valid. Please e-mail us to support@pdf-xchange.com with your order number or license key and we should be able to assist further!
