I paid for a pro-version $74.00, but any document I make still puts the gold circles on top of the Viewer documents asking for money. How do I fix that?
I entered the license info. I even reinstalled the program.

I purchased the Viewer on 04/00 and my maintenance plan is good through 05/14. It seems like the Editor is registered, but I get watermarks if I scan in anything, or add or subtract pages. Would I qualify to use the Editor or not?
If I could use the program daily for work like the Viewer, I could possibly be of some help. I use the typewriter and scanner features often, so I still cannot use the Editor yet. It seems that any settings saved for the scanner do not stick, nor do any other preference settings.
I could not find yet where changes could be made to the UI, and the Editor looks dark on my laptop. Why not make it where the Properties Toolbar can be rolled up and expanded with a double click?

Hi Arnold,
the quickest way to get the Viewer running in licensed mode is to copy/paste your serial key in Help --> Enter Serial Key... --> Serial Key. It will go blue if the key is good. If that doesn't work please do as John suggested and email the key you are using to support@pdf-xchange.com. Do not post it here or we will be forced to block it.
Regards the Tools in the Editor, that will be changed soon.

Also we are testing an update to the scanner functions and may release a fix for this if it can be isolated from the balance of the code in progress as we have found some issues dependant on scanner and driver type - will advise when available.
