Good afternoon,
I recently upgraded my version of PDFXchange Viewer to 2.5 (build 210.0) and we are running Windows 7 and Windows 8. Across the board we are experiencing an issue where text in site plans that we use for work is showing a black box. This is a new thing for us but it is not every file. Although, it is crucial that we can see what is behind these boxes. I did make sure that the override color check box was not checked. Could you shed some light on how we can fix this?
Thanks,
Black Boxes Appearing

Re: Black Boxes Appearing
Hi stormwatercomp,
I believe that I just sent an email to you on this, but in the interests of making my answer available to the forums, I've pasted it below:
This is something we are aware of and should be fixed for Version 3 of the Viewer. Could you download and try Version 3 and see if that solves the problem:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/PDFXVE3.zip
Please do keep in mind that this isn't totally finished yet, so some features are missing and it is not, as yet, intended to be a replacement for the Viewer - though eventually, when finished, it will be.
If trying the Editor isn't an option for you, could you please send a sample that demonstrates this behaviour so that I can test here?
Cheers, keep me posted!

If posting files to this forum, you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded.
Thank you.
