Black lines and boxed in PDF files

Post by djburris1961 »

I am having issues with black lines and boxes showing up on PDF files when viewing in PDF-Xchange viewer version 2.5.210. In one case, a PDF files was generated originally from an Excel worksheet. Every other line is shaded. On most of the PCs the PDF displays correctly, but on one PC, the shaded lines show as black, and the test on those lines is not visible. This same file was e-mailed back to me, and it displays correctly on my PC. I am attaching a screen shot.

Hi

I know that this has been resolved via email, but I thought that I'd post here for the benefit of other users on the forums:

On the machine that is experiencing the issue, please make sure that, under Edit --> Preferences --> Accessibility, the option to "Override Document Colors" is unchecked.

Cheers,
Will
