Right to left paragraph direction not in version 3.0.301

Right to left is not properly implemented - while it is possible to enter text right to left (ie the words go right to left), there is no option to set the paragraph direction right to left (ie so that punctuation goes in the right place).

Is this going to be done?

Yes, it is going to be implemented soon.

This still does not appear to be present in this new build.
