Different color when printing

Hi,

Here's our setup:
PDF X-Change PRO 5
PDF x-change Viewer version 2.5 freshly updated
XP/Windows Vista/Windows 7 (same results on each)


We have problem printing some PDF which the color doesn't show up as it should. When I 'print as image' the color are good but it takes about 1 minute per page to print which is not acceptable here.

If I open it with Adobe's software, I don't need to 'print as image' and to color are good too and it doesn't take about a minute to print. We did not change any setting in Adobe according this issue.

This example is when I check <print as image< and those are the good colors.



Is there an other way to print it correctly without printing as image (which is very too slow)

Please try downloading and printing through our PDF-X Editor:

And you should be able to print correctly without the "Print as images" option.

If I understand, PDF-X Editor is like an upgrade of Pdf Xchange Viewer?
Is PDF-X replacing PDF-Xchange Viewer or it's 2 different product?

I'm not at work right now. I'll try it and give you feedback about that issue.

Hi idee-pro inc

the Editor is slated to replace the Viewer soon. In it's current form it does not yet have all the features of the Viewer so it could be considered for the time being a different product. Once it has all the features of the Viewer it will replace it so if this works OK for you then consider it a replacement soon.
