Just got XChange Pro - works great except I can't figure out one issue. I've got a standard PDF form where I fill in data within the fields. Then I use 'Save As' (PDF). When I open it with XChange, all looks fine. BUT....if I open it with Adobe reader - or send it as an attachment to someone who opens it with Adobe....most of the fields where I entered data is blank.
The only way I can get around this is to 'Export' as an image file - then all of the entered data shows up fine in a picture viewer.
I'm prob doing something simple wrong. Is there a way to enter data, save this data as a file, then have someone open it in Adobe Reader to print?

Re: Saving Changes
Sure. Sending two attachments:
01. The JPG is the Export to version - has all the data entered.
02. The PDF version using 'Save as PDF'. If you open it using Adobe Reader, some of the fields are blank (e.g. name). Strangely, if you click in the (Name) field, his name shows up, but when I print the page, it doesn't.

Re: Saving Changes
Hello dataport,
I see this file was modified with build 198 of our Viewer which is rather old. Please download and install the current latest:
www.tracker-software.com/PDFXVwer.zip
And you should have no issues filling this form and then seeing the text in Adobe's reader.
Best,
Stefan

Works perfect.......Thx!! I haven't used this reader for some time now nor updated it. Have it set as a default now - much more capabilities over Adobe. Again, thx.
