Can't read PDFs on mobile devices

I am a first time user of these forums and I'm sure this has been addressed but I can't find it. I have sent some PDFs created with PDF-Xchange Viewer to other people and all they can see is the basic document but none of the blanks that I have filled in using the typewriter tool. They are using mobile devices when they can't view the information but can see it fine on a PC. Is the problem on my end or something they are missing on the mobile devices? Thanks.

Hi,

this is a limitation most likely in the reader they are using on their mobile devices - what you could do is to use the 'Comments menu - 'Flatten all comments' function and then they will be able to view any such added content.
