compiling .NET project

compiling .NET project

For me a third party developed my PDF viewer using PDF-XChange Viewer ActiveX SDK. Now I find that it does not work with Win 8 and it appears to need the updated version of .NET.

Can you please point me in the direction of compiling this into an .exe and let me know which files are critical. Also do I need any additional software to do this other than PDF-XChange Viewer ActiveX SDK?

The list of required our SDK-files:
Resource.dat
PDFXCview.exe
PDFXCviewAx.dll

And please details: what is your system exactly?
