There don't seem to be any purchase options yet, but I've been playing with it and really like it. So, how to purchase?
I'm guessing that I purchase Viewer pro for 37.50, probably smart to add a few years support as it is a very new product and will probably add features and fixes for a while. Then use that license and stick it into Editor for registration.
I'll never really need to mess with Viewer Pro at all or download it. Is this correct?

Thanks for the post - the Editor is only a partial release at this point, but we're definitely glad that you're interested
As it's only a partial release, it's not actually available for sale just yet.
You are correct, though, in that purchase of the Viewer will allow you to use the 'PRO' features of the Editor.
As for the last question - given that the Editor is only a partial release, I would definitely suggest downloading the Viewer, in order to get the full use of the features that your license allows you. Also, it is recommended that you regularly check for updates, as none of our products will automatically update themselves (this is done by popular request).

OK. I bought pdf xchange viewer for 37.50 and then 3 years of updates. invoice number:ORE73032 - C
After purchase I get a form that says, below are serial numbers: - But, there is no serial number in the serial number field.
It also claims the form that appears is an email, which it isn't.
I didn't get an email, nor was one in the spam filter.
I did get links to download the software which I assume is already installed and just needs the missing serial key and probably some username and company info as will be on the form in either the Personal or Delivery information.
Finally, I attempted to print the form to pdf and view with pdf editor, but the insides were blank. - I did capture it with Evernote.
Should I just be more patient?

I just resent the invoice. It went to steve@steveshank.com. I have also written to you directly with your serial key and instructions on how to ensure you have exactly the right software for your license installed and functional. Is steve@steveshank.com a valid email for you?

Which is why I picked up maintenance before my year ran out on Viewer which I was perfectly happy with. Real support in real time virtually. Not sure there is much of that left these days.
