How can I get PDF exchange to work in split screen application?

Could you please provide more detail on the issue, as I'm not sure that I understand what you mean by a split screen application. If, as the subject of the topic says, you're just looking for it to work with multiple screens, it should 'just work' and the should be no extra steps - this something that we all do here, on a day to day basis.
