Hi
I've been using Editor to mark up a drawing with arrows and ovals, and I've noticed some odd behaviour:
- Lots of the ovals changed to arrows. When I went into properties and changed the pt they changed back again
- Some of the arrows spontaneously changed direction. When I use the grips to adjust they flip back again
- I can't select some of the items using the normal tool. But I can with the edit multiple comments tool
These have made it pretty hard work to complete the mark-up!
Does anyone know what's going on?
Thanks

Re: Markups changing on their own
Hello Alim,
Which build of the Editor is this happening with? Are you using the latest?
If you are - could you please send us a sample file and instructions which objects we should select/modify in order to try and reproduce this behaviour at our end?
Thanks,
Stefan

Hi
I'm using 3.0 build 302.0, which I think is the latest.
Do you have a private email I could email sample pdf files to?
Thanks

Hi Alistair,
thanks for the file. When I open it in the Editor 302 I see many arrows but no ovals. Can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing as here it appears to be functioning properly, I can grab and move the arrows as expected.
Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

Hi
Sorry for the slow reply - I missed your post somehow.
The file I sent did not actually contain any ovals, but did have a good example of a rogue arrow as described in my email to you. I have now emailed you a screen shot that shows one of the arrows pointing the wrong way.
I have not tried uninstalling and re-installing. Is that likely to help?
Thanks

Hi Alim,
I don't know that reinstalling will help. I see the same here now so there may be no point.
We'll investigate this over the next few days or so.
