When I open a pdf file using Internet Explorer 9, Xchange opens the file but the toolbar is missing (File, Edit, View, etc). The IE toolbar is present. I would like both.
Please advise

Hello anon_private,
Please click inside the document, and then press F8, F9 or F11 - this will toggle the visibility of some/all of the Viewer toolbars, and you can then right click on any toolbar to turn on/off the rest.
The settings for the IE add-in are stored separately than those for the stand alone Viewer, so you could have just 1-2 toolbars shown inside IE, and all shown in the stand alone Viewer.
