Trouble with snapshot tool

Hi there, I've suddenly had trouble pasting images with my snapshot tool in PDF Xchange. I'm snapping an image from one pdf file, then attempting to paste it onto another file, but the "Paste" option is always greyed out. I've previously snapped and pasted images from this file successfully, so I don't know why this isn't working now. I've checked the security and there's no restriction on either document. Little help??

document security is the most likely cause of this, yet you say that there is no security on the target document. Is there on the source? Copying content can also be restricted.

Please try pasting your snapshot in a new blank document and let us know the results.

If you still cannot copy/paste please attach both the source and target PDF files in a zip archive on this forum and we'll take a look.

PS - I deleted your repeat post, this one will be enough.
