Copy on screen is black and white

Not entirely sure what has happened but I was working away on a coloured document and after managing to drop something on my keyboard it is now in black and white, with any coloured sections just a big black box. I've looked anywhere I can think of to se if there is a colour option but couldn't find one. Can anyone help please?

Hello malcmail,

Welcome to our forums. It seems like the item you dropped on your keyboard has turned on the Accessibility settings.
Please do to Edit -> Preferences -> Accessibility in the Viewer and turn those off (or tune them accordingly) and you should start seeing your document as before.
