no symbol line in FF plugin

I have a problem with your viewer in Firefox 17. When clicking a pdf in firefox then the viewer show me the content correctly, but no symbol-lines like "save as" or "save" is in the front. What to do?

Thanks for the post and welcome to the forums!

Hopefully I've understood this correctly - you would like to have Firefox save the PDF, rather than view it in browser? If that's the case, then you should be able to do this by opening the Viewer and going to Edit --> Preferences --> File Associations and deselecting the option to "Display PDF's in Browser".

my Browser FF 17 show me the requested pdf with your x-change viewer plugin, but i can`t save the pdf because i didn`t have symbols on the dysplay, except the status line with the sidenumbers.

Hi Nicole,

I apologize for the misunderstanding - the buttons that you'll need are F8 for the toolbar and F9 for the menu bar, which will then allow you to save the file, either via the File --> Save As option, or by using the 'Save' icon on the toolbar.
