Hi,
I am trying to insert a cover page (with signatures) into a manual that is to be formally released. However, when I inserted the page, the signature is lost. Is this an inherent behaviour or is there any way I could circumvent it?

Re: Inserting Page with Signature
Hi
thanks for the post. When you say you have a signature on the page, what kind of signature are you referring to? Is it a digital ID or an image, maybe a stamp?

Sorry for the late response,
It consists of a digital signature key (pfx files) and a individualized signature icon.

Re: Inserting Page with Signature
Hi st aerospace,
I am afraid that due to the nature of digital signatures in PDF files the Viewer is unable to copy them to the new document.
However you can try the reverse process - try inserting all the other pages in the document with the Signed cover page, or ideally - merge the two documents and only then sign the cover.
Regards,
Stefan
