FillColor Window popup

Hello,
I have an annotation to which I only allow to change Fill Color. Currently I show annotation properties on my toolbar, but it has way too much functionality for this particular case.
Is it possible to configure Annotation Toolbar to show only FillColor?

Sorry but no way to customize the properties toolbar. But you may make offline the unnecessary commands.
