I created links with border width 1 in a PDF file under PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5 Build 200. They are visible as small, blue borders (see attached file).
But in the new Build 213, the link borders are unvisible. And if I look in the link properties, the border width is now 0.
It would be nice, if I could see the link border again, without changing my PDF files. I need the new Build 213, because of Windows 8.1 problems.

Re: Link border unvisible in PDF-XChange Build 213
Hi jphilipp,
Thanks for the post and sample - the link in the sample file displays as expected in the Editor. The Editor has replaced the Viewer as our primary PDF viewing/editing application, so please download and try build 306 (latest) of the Editor and that should solve the issue:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/PDFXVE3.zip
**Note: The two installations can co-exist, so if you do not wish to uninstall the Viewer, then you should just be able to run the installer and have the Editor install separately.
Hope that helps!

Re: Link border unvisible in PDF-XChange Build 213
Hi Will,
I use the Viewer ActiveX Plugin in our application, so I cannot change quickly to the Editor. Is there already a SDK for the Editor available?
Need urgent help for ActiveX Viewer, because our customers upgrade to Windows 8.1, and Build 213 doesn't display links as expected.

Hi jphilipp,
I am afraid that the Editor SDK is still some time away as we need to resolve some issues in the stand alone Editor, and then prepare documentation and samples for the SDK before we can make it available.
Regards,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
I need a quick solution for the link border problem in the ActiveX viewer. Is a bug fix planned for this next time?
Best regards,
Jörg.

Re: Link border unvisible in PDF-XChange Build 213
Hi, Jörg.
Unfortunately I'm not sure that it will be fixed in Viewer(SDK or EU-App).
The new Editor SDK(upcoming) and EU-App displays such links correctly and the Viewer has been fully replaced by Editor...
Best
Regards.
