Fills bleeding in PDF-XChange, not in Acrobat Reader

I have PDFs that look very bad in quality when viewed with PDF-XChange, it appears that fills bleed out of their boundaries.

I am hoping this is just a setting somewhere. I've done some searching, but haven't come up with anythign yet.
