I have some users that are experiencing trouble printing PDFs from the IE web browser when they are opened with the plugin. When they are opened from a PDF saved to the PC and opened in the actual viewer, it prints just fine. I have several sites that are being used that I cannot use currently due to the fact that these PDFs which are opened in the web browser are unable to be printed.
Has anyone else heard of this issue occuring with PDFXChange Viewer?

Thanks for the email - the first thing to check is that you have the latest build of the Viewer by downloading and running the following:

Failing that, please try the Editor:

What version should it be? This issue has been going on for a while now, and the version hasn't changed. Nor has the version of IE changed. The machine has IE 9 installed currently.

The current latest builds are 213.1 for the Viewer and 306.1 for the Editor, so do make sure you have these installed.

When I run the live update software to grab the newest version it says I already have it, yet i'm on build 210. ?
