Printing custom sized sheets

Hi there,

I have an issue I am trying to figure out. I have a project that requires a 36" x 48" sheet (ARCH E) and when I try to print 36 x 48 PDF the sheet gets re-sized and becomes non-usable. I do a lot of work in PDF echange on the sheets that make the file very large and cumbersome to move to others via email ot link transfer. Can anyone give me any pointers on what might be wrong. This does not happen when I use say "30 x 42" sheets or something that comes "stock" in the paper size options for PDF exchange.

What do you mean the pages get re-sized? Is it showing the wrong paper size in the preview or is it being shrunk on the page and not filling the paper properly? Can I get you to upload a screen shot of the Print Dialogue when printing this and we'll take a look at your settings.
