Global Lock
With PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5, after annotating a document a number of times with shapes and typewriter, is it possible to lock all annotations in one action rather than individually selecting Properties - Appearance - Advanced - Locked?

thanks for the post and welcome to the forums.
It is not possible in the PDF-XChange Viewer to lock multiple comments in a single operation. This is possible in the PDF-XChange Editor which has replaced the Viewer. Using the CTRL key you can select multiple comments then using the Properties Pane (CTRL+`) you can set them to 'Locked':
