[BUG] Page Layout Toolbar Duplicates Itself

I seem to have produced an odd situation by customising toolbars.

I now have four Page Layout Toolbars, one of which is empty. If I add icons to the empty one, no doubt I will then have five of them.

I attach a screen shot and my export settings.

I don't know exactly how it happened either. I was dragging icons from the Page Layout toolbar to the Navigation toolbar while customising and ended up with an empty Page Layout toolbar. To see which toolbar it was later I added some icons to it. Then I knew which one to hide from the Toolbars menu. Then the empty toolbar showed up again.

Can you reproduce the state if you import the settings file?

It's not too important because I have added some icons and probably fixed the unstable state now.

BTW dragging the left side of an empty toolbar to try to expand it, moves it to the right. Any toolbar can get into this unstable state.

1. Enable the Rotate View toolbar and move it to a floating position
2. Open the customise toolbar dialogue and remove the two icons
3. Close the customise dialogue — the toolbar shrinks to almost nothing
4. Drag the left edge of the toolbar.

Reproduced. It will be fixed in the next build (upcoming service build).
