PDF Exchange Pro uses free viewer?

I downloaded and installed the PDF exchange PRO v.5 but everytime I open the PDF viewer it uses the FREE version of the viewer.
What should I do? :?:

Assuming you do own a license - please email support@pdf-xchange.com with your license info and we will advise - please do not post license info here.
