How to get the selected pdf file name in open dialog box

How to get the selected pdf file name in open dialog box before document active?
In open dialog box if we select pdf file we can see the detailed file information in the general information box
so I think some method is in there sdk
how to get it? is it possible?

I don't believe there's a notification for this event exactly. Why do you need to capture the name before the file is opened?

Sorry, no way for this currently, you may get file name only after opening.
