The toolbar to edit PDF's is not loading in Firefox

Usually when I open a pdf in my Firefox browser I would get the editing toolbar to place the approved stamp on pdf's and save them. Now not only do I not have that toolbar I have none of the toolbars that would allow me to zoom in or flip vies etc.
I have set Xchange viewer to be active in the browser.
I have turned off adobe add-in
I have turned on the option to open pdf's with the xchange viewer in the browser.

Hello bjkovash,

With the Viewer window active (e.g. open a pdf file and try to move it with click-drag) try pressing F8, F9 or F11 and your toolbars should reappear.
