ViewerAX_x86_noOCR.msm is old version 2.5.201.0

Hello!

I need the actually merge modul version of your viewer as "ViewerAX_x86_noOCR.msm" and also as "ViewerAX_x86.msm"

But there is only the old version 2.5.201.0 inside "ViewerAX_x86_noOCR.msm"!

PLEASE, upload the newest version and reply this question. Thank you!

Important: Your merge module is not language neutral (instead of "english only").
So please modify the default language for your merge module to "language neutral".

It's because other countries (france, germany, and so on) will not get the follow error anymore: "Error: The language of the current build isn't supported by the specified merge-module"

My apologies Dorwol - I misread the names on 2 different threads - so please ignore my comments about the refund etc - I will remove those comments and also discuss with the project manager about the Language Neutral setting and come back later this morning

However - please also understand - OCR is not included in this MSM as it is not licensed for use without the full PRO SDK and if you have this please contact us by email and we will advise where you can locate the required files.

Ivan's comment is correct - it is fixed - but apparently the updated file is not uploaded yet. I presume this will happen with the release of the next build of our products but will see if he can upload that sooner.

This time it's OK for me, if you only upload "ViewerAX (32 & 64 bit) MSM files (noOCR)" with v2.5.203 or higher.

It's because a customer has reported a bug - so I need the MSM (Build 203 or higher) very fast. SORRY!

So, the file ViewerAX_x86_noOCR.msm is deprecated and will not be updated.

No problem, but why is the file size so extremly large?

ViewerAX_x86.msm has a filesize with 16 MB (Bad: will unnecessary blow up my own app-setup)
ViewerAX_x86_noOCR.msm has only a filesize with 7 MB (Good: That's perfect small!)

And besides, both files are still version 2.5.201.

Or do I understand something wrong? Is there another download place for downloading a merge-file of the viewer?

Please see the attachment. In the both screenshots you will see, that ViewerAX_x86.msm will contain OCR relevant files.

So, the file ViewerAX_x86_noOCR.msm is deprecated and will not be updated.

Again, I need any actually merge-file with or without OCR is I do not care. But on your official download page there are only MSM files from the year 2012.

The important thing is that I must as quickly as possible help my customers with a bug fixed version of your component. The customer asks every day and I now have a real-time problem in which I ask you for your support.

Need your other customers no merge files for professional distribution? I can not imagine that.

OK, my english is not good, but I can't believe, that you do not understand the problem. If I do understand anythink wrong, please try to explain it me with easy english.

Maybe you can manually update the .dll files (take the latest ones from an end user install of the Viewer) on the end user's machine after the installer for your software has finished when it's just this one client that needs the problem fixed urgently? And I will remind Ivan today to upload the new .msms on the website.

It looks like a never ending story, but the downloadable "ViewerAX_MSM_OCR.zip" contains still the old versions from 2012 (and BTW incl. then unnecessary OCR files).

Do you use another upload path? So please tell me the correct download URL.

I just downloaded the .msm files available on the website myself (both with and without OCR to be sure) - and they are all reported as build 201 by Orca - so going to check with Ivan where exactly those new files were uploaded.
