Dear PDF XChange Viewer Users,
is there any way to make the select tool the default tool?
99% of the time I open a PDF I need to copy&paste something in my workflow. Currently I have to manually change the tool from the "hand" to the select tool every single time.
I have searched the options and have not found a setting for this. Did I miss this, or is this not configurable?

Welcome to our forums.
No it's not possible in the Viewer, but in the new Editor:

If you have the text selection tool picked when closing the Editor - the next time you launch it, it will still be the active tool without you needing to specify any preferences.
