PDFXChange do not show the document attached in this message (it's blank). Adobe Reader shows it normally. Same problem with PDF Editor. I test it with latest version of PDFXChange (2.5 - Feb 17, 2014)

Thanks for the post and sample - I've managed to reproduce the issue and have created an internal Development ticket to help track the progress of the problem. The ticket number is RT-2425, so please reference this number when requesting updates to the status of the ticket.

I noticed that the new PDFXChange version (2.5.308 -May, 28, 2014) does not correct the problem yet. Any schedule to resolve it?

Thanks for the post - given that the Viewer has been replaced by the Editor, I suspect that the Dev. Team opted not to make the change in the Viewer. Only a very few, critical fixes are now being applied to the Viewer, so I would recommend that you download and try the Editor, as this displays fine for me there:

I understand your answer for PDFXChange viewer but not for ActiveX product. My organization (State Court of Rio de Janeiro) acquired PDFXChange Active X (2.5) on March, 2012 and does not exist a new product for substitute it yet. Do you want I post this question in ActiveX Forum?

Thanks for the post - I must admit, I'm a little confused as to what product you're referring to. Are you referring to the Viewer ActiveX SDK, or the Viewer's IE browser plugin, which is an ActiveX object?

Let me explain:
I acquired PDFXChange viewer for personal use some years ago. The State Court of Rio de Janeiro, my employer, acquired ActiveX SDK product for use in our software in March, 2012. Usually I try PDFXChange Viewer to see if this problem (and other issues) are fixed because I known the ActiveX SDK and Viewer share same base code. In this case I reproduce the problem with both products but for my employer (State Court of Rio de Janeiro) this problem is critical because we do not have a replacement for this excellent product.
In next time I will post the topic in other forum.
