XFDF export - ID generating

Hi,

I'm trying to externally split the exported XFDF file (exported through JavaScript) based on custom tag grouping and I'm wondering how are the md5 hashes generated in your implementation of JS so I can generate them consistently.

Based on what content are you calculating your md5 hash in tag <ids original="md5Hash" modified="md5Hash" /> ?

XFDF spec states that original and modified attributes should be generated based on source/target PDF file but they are different although the content of the file itself doesn't change.
