Placing text over an Image.
If i have an image object that is fairly large with lots of blank space, I'd like to use that space by annotating over that area. I tried placing a text box over the image but that doesn't work - any way to give text boxes the highest layer-priority and image-boxes the lowest so people can just drag text boxes over image boxes and annotate them.

Hello paleywiener,
You should be able to right click any object and select to change it's order and move it in front or behind other objects.
Also if you hold down the Shift Key - you should be able to start making a new annotation on top of an existing one without selecting the existing annotation. (This "Shift to ignore existing comments" feature is currently working in the Viewer, and you've posted in the Viewer forums, and should be working in the Editor as well in one of the next builds).
Regards,
Stefan
