Problem updating to 5.5

Hello,
I have Pro 2012 5.0.273.2 installed. According to my account info, my maintenance plan expires in 03.2015. When I try to update to 5.5.308.1, I get the message that I have an old license key installed and that my version will be reverted to the free version if I install. Also, during the installation I get this error message (translated from German): '...\pdfSaver5.exe - error when renaming/moving file, code 183'.
Please advise how I should proceed.

Thanks for the post - this is a generic message that appears when installing the new Version and with an old license key. Please see this KB article for specific instructions on upgrading:

As for the issue with the error message, please open the task manager and try killing any pdfSaver that you see, then try renaming/moving the file again.
