My laptop has a screen resolution of 1366 x 768. When I try to print a document, the top of the printing window is out of reach; I can't see the top and thus can't choose the printer, nor its parameters. And I can't resize it either.
This bug has been around for several months.

Thanks for your post. This is a known issue with the Viewer.
Please take a look here:
I have a problem with the Print Dialogue box being larger than my screen.
And if this still does not help - then please download and install the Viewer's successor - the PDF XChange Editor:

Which should provide scroll bars when the windows do not fit fully on your screen.
