how to print all comments not just summary

how to print all comments not just summary
I can print a summary of comments. But how do I print all the comments. Am I missing something?

Do you want to print the comments in the positions they are on the page?
In that case start the printing (Ctrl-P) and select to print "Markups only" from the drop down meny that by default should have "Document and markups" in it.
