Can't save comments or markups

I'm using version 2.5 build 205
For some reason when I add comments via a text box or sticky note, it won't save. After clicking save and closing the document, when I reopen the notes aren't there.

I've searched the forum but can't find the solution.

And guidance would be greatly appreciatied.

Thanks for the post and welcome to the forums - I would recommend updating and seeing if the issue is still present.

If you are using the free Viewer, then you can download and use the latest build/version without any worries:

If you are using a licensed copy, then you should be able to download and install build 214.2 without issue from here:
