What email address should I use for the licensing?
At every workstation by each user, or a general for all?

If you've purchased a multi user license - one general e-mail e.g. licensing@ should suffice.
If you want you can e-maul us at [email protected] and we will be able to assist you further with your license (better to keep the license info off these public forums
)
